I am getting the following message when I run a project based on glassfish and mysql, even though I am not using Java DB at all :

'The Java DB location is not set correctly'

Any ideas on how to get rid of this annoying message?
Thank you.

(I am running NetBeans 7.0.1 and Lion operating system)

check this:

I was having the same problem ("The Java DB location is not set correctly.").  It turned out that I had messed up the configuration for the java database.

Open:
Netbeans --> Tools --> Java DB Database --> Settings

Make sure that the "Java DB Installation" points to the right place.  In my case, "the right place" was the following location:
/home/chris/openesb/glassfish-v2-b58c/javadb

The value that was there was from a previous install.

Hope this helps.

I guess, even though you are not using JavaDB, but glassfish needs it
