asp.net - issue with website populating on client

We migrated a domain from one server to another server...on the old server the website uploaded to the client with no problem at all...now on the new server there are issue..it takes forever for the pics/site to download...see this link

we are running IIS7/windowsserver 2008 on the new server

and on the old server we were running IIS6/windows server 2003

so not sure why it takes so long to donwload...any assistance would be greately appreciated...

the pics are stored off the solution explored ..for example:

You have one image link in the source that uses 'https', an encrypted link, and you do not appear to have an SSL certificate on that server.  It doesn't load of course.
