Exchange Calendar Cancel

My user tried to cancel the room booking records but failed. Any ideas allow me to delete / cancel this records in exchange server.

Add your user's calender into your profile and delete the entry.

Yes, already try but failed. So i am thinking can cancel it from exchange server

Microsoft recommends to not delete stuff like this. You can login as the room mailbox and cancel the meeting.
