Colorization Based on Dates Entered

I need to colorize column B based on the dates that are entered.  Assistance is greatly appreciated.

Outstanding!  Thank you.
Conditional formatting is clearly the best option here.  

How do I get the orange color to match better?  I was using a colorization tool to find a number but it appears you can't just put in a single number for the color very easily.

When you apply each conditional format, choose: Custom Format, Fill, More Colours

You can then pick standard colours or enter RGB/HSL values
