how do i prevent ssms 2008 debug opens from opening multiple tags

When I slect Start debugging in SSMS the program opens dozens of tabs from some historical cache before setting cusor at top of sql i wanted

Its most frushtrating but not mission critical

Have a look at the "SQL Server Management Studio" folder located under My Documents.  Under that one you'll find a folder called Backup Files.  Maybe there are some leftovers that can be deleted?
(do this with SSMS closed)

found my own solution
The program was opening any SQL which had breakpoint!
Deleted all breakpoints and problem dispeared
