Hi

Sounds a little confusing. If you can copy and paste the steps that will be really helpful

Hi! The easiest way is to open C:\Windows\Assembly in Explorer and just drag dll there.

What do you mean by "can't see the DLL"? Where are you looking for?
The other way is to use gacutil.exe (http://msdn.microsoft.com/ru-ru/library/ex0ss12c.aspx)
gacutil /i AjaxControlToolkit.dll

GACUtil is a part of .Net SDKs and Windows SDKs. You can find it under Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows
