Why does my webmail download to Outlook 2003 stop after 10 minutes?
, I have two different e-mail accounts registered. In Outlook 2003, I have only setup configurations for POP3-download of the webmail to Outlook for e-mail account no. 1.
In Outlook 2003, In "Tools/Send and receive/Only pop.gmx.com" I can start the download and it continues for 10 minutes (about 200 online e-mails get downloaded). Thereafter, I receive this error message:
"The task pop.gmx.com - Receiving, reported the error (0x800CCC90): The server for incoming e-mail (POP3) has reported an internal error. Contact the server administrator or the Internet Service Provider (ISP) if the problem persists. The server responded: To: firstname.lastname@example.org=
So it seems that after 10 minutes the GMX e-mail server shifts from my e-mail account no. 1 to my e-mail account no. 2 (which is not at all configured in Outlook).
Anyway, it works always for 10 minutes, so I could continue and download until the error message appears and then start it again over and over again, downloading 200 messages at a time. But it's a bit annoying so I wonder if there is any better solution to this?
