I have to use linksys PAP2 in order to use voip phone.
I have a Zywall USG 20w router, I'm able to call OUT but
nobody can call me IN.
What have I to configure?
I already set UTP ports: 5060-61, 53, 69, 10000, 20000 in order to forward them to my linksys PAP2. But it doesn't work anyway.

5060/5061are used for SIP signaling.
you also need to forward the WHOLE RTP block that has been configured on the linksys to the linksys
(if these are port 10000 until 20000 then all ports in between also need to be forwarded.)

Port 53 probably only goes out, port 69 is tftp, do you need tftp access from the outside?
Besides port forwarding you also need filter rules to allow traffic.

And depending on your provider the ALG needs to be either enabled or disabled.
If the current setting doesn't work switch the setting.

Also be aware that if your outside address changes that you need to configure STUN on the linksys.
