DNS. SPF is just a specific format of TXT type of DNS record that receiving servers query to confirm sender server's validity.

I hava installed a sbs2011 server with exchange 2010 with a customer, when i loopup his spf records he doesn't have one, i want to set up a spf record with the dns manager but i don't fully understand how, or does the spf record needs to be added with his website/domainname hoster ? can anyone help me ?<br />
Sometimes emails that he sends get in his customers spam box.
