Can someone recommend a 3rd party product or a method of achieving the following?
We have six engineers who we wish to schedule appointments for, we wish for an administrator to enter the appointments in to a centrally held diary, the calendar entry will then be sent to the Engineers Outlook calendar and will also be sent to their Smart phone.
We want all of the Engineers to appear on one calendar, so when we look at any one day we can see immediately where each of them is.
We have SBS 2008 with Exchange 2007. The users have either XP Pro or Windows 7 Pro on their PC’s/laptops and the Smart phones are currently iPhones, though we would purchase new Smart phones if necessary.
