We have six engineers who we wish to schedule appointments for, we wish for an administrator to enter the appointments in to a centrally held diary, the calendar entry will then be sent to the Engineers Outlook calendar and will also be sent to their Smart phone. &nbsp;<br />

We want all of the Engineers to appear on one calendar, so when we look at any one day we can see immediately where each of them is.<br />

We have SBS 2008 with Exchange 2007. &nbsp;The users have either XP Pro or Windows 7 Pro on their PC’s/laptops and the Smart phones are currently iPhones, though we would purchase new Smart phones if necessary.<br />
