Delete Unwanted Line Items

I have an order form result page, can an unwanted line item be deleted?  it is not store in a database.

Yes, in the display it's displayed as a table:

So for example you wanted to remove Crank Arm you would remove the following below as well as any reference it might have to order-active-part-result.aspx
