DMS-E-GENERAL, A general exception has occurred during operation 'asynchronous open'.

ORA-00372: file 83 cannot be modified at this time

ORA-01110: data file 83: '/db05/I/.TEMP_05dbf'

Incorrect spelling of the temp file. HOw to fix this?

Create a new TEMPORARY tablespace, set it as the 'default', then just drop the incorrect one.
