Memory Utilization is very High

I have tow mailbox Server for different domain, details are mentioned below,

1 Domain 1
Server OS - Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition 64 Bit Edition
Exchange 2007 SP1 Rollup 9
Memory Capacity : 8GB
No of Mailbox User : 2240
Memory Utilization : 90% ( Avaerage)

2. Domain 2

Server OS - Windows Server 2008 Enterprise Edition 64 Bit Edition
Exchange 2007 SP1
Memory Capacity : 16GB
No of Mailbox User : 600
Memeory Utilization : 75%

Please suggest how we can utilize the memory properly.

That sounds fine. Exchange 2007 and higher is designed to use a lot of memory in order to save on IO. SQL Server will also grab a large amount of the available RAM. If other processes need more RAM, Exchange will give it back.
