New XenApp 6.5 Install, shortcuts missing

So I created a new test farm with two XenApp 6.5 servers. The install was very similar to XenApp 6.0 and no problems were noticed. But...when I go to Start > Programs > Citrix, all of the normal icons are missing except for the Receiver.

This happened on both servers. Any ideas

On an odd note....if you install XenApp 6.5 with UAC turned off, it adds the shorts to Start > Programs > Citrix AND Admin tools.

Also, if you run a repair of the install, it also places them in both locations.
