Hi,

We are building an ONLINE application where we want to make it easy for people to pass a message onto their friends.

What we have built is a system where a customer can enter their gmail, yahoo, hotmail account etc and then add their password and it will import their contacts (groupon does a similar thing).

We have accomplished this with gmail and yahoo accounts but can't get it to work with hotmail.

Does anyone know if or how this could be accomplished?

Use the Windows Live SDK

Here is the page for the REST API, but other APIs are available:

Note that Hotmail and Windows Live are essentially the same thing now.
