Some of our users has Windows 7 Installed. When some emails out attachments, they right click it and chooses to "Sent To" and then selects "Mail Recipient". It opens and creates a new email fine. Upon pressing SEND it gives a "FIXMAPI 1.0 MAPI Repair Tool has stopped working" It does successfully email though. Re-creating the outlook profile make this error go away for the "send to" part but for example they they use the snipit tool and choose the "email recipient" it still happens.

I attached a screenshot.

It did, but we realized this only fixed the "send to" option. When you choose the email recipient in the snippit tool, it still occurs.
