Looking for a nice file listing and download module for joomla site

I have lots of mp3 instructional files in folders and subfolders that are currently accessible in a slow, file by file, look up process in the website. I am looking for an interface tool that will show all of the files (in alpa order, perhaps) and would allow you to select the ones you would like to download.

Users would be able to simply click on all the files they want downloaded and then they can choose where to save them to. Because most of the users are kids (music students, to be exact), an easy interface is desirable. Any suggestions?
