Change Installation name on Window 7 after I have ran setup

I have built and installed Windows 7 OS. The owner's name I put is Johnny but he ended up not getting the PC. How can I change the original user name from Johnny to Debbie with know trace of Johnny's name being on there?

Create a New user account make sure its admin account and delete the old one.  You do this under control panel
