I have recently added new test exchange 2010 server in our company, currently we are running 2003.  I have created a test account and I am able to send mail back and forth between 2003 and 2010 mailboxes.  But, I am unable to view 2003 public folders from 2010 test user. I believe I need to replicate the 2003 public folder in 2010.  I just created a new public folder in 2010, how can I replicate the my 2003 public folder with the new public folder that I just created.

Thanks

Hi,

You need to add replica for public folders hosted on exchange 2003. Using Exchange System manager go to the properties of Public folder and add replica as Exchange 2010 PF database, Configure the schedule if necessary.

Then what you the replication to start and get in sync you woud be able to see Public Folder from user on exchange 2010.
