Hi

We have a brand new cisco 1921 that doesn;t want to let sip traffic pass through

Incoming calls can get in, but if we answer, it hangs up.
Outgoing calls are fine as well as calls betweenphones on the internal network

I need some help

Sounds like the firewall is blocking the return RTP packets.  Do you have IP inspection turned on?  If so, do you have an inspect rule for SIP?

I would create a rule then

ip inspect name VOIP sip

And apply it inbound on your LAN interface.

Would be nice to a) show part of the config and b) reveal how you "solved" the problem.
