Might be worth calling Virgin and having them check if they are blocking the IMEI.<br />

I have a Nokia 5530 and its not connecting with Virgin SIM in Calgary, Canada. 

This phone is working well with other company SIM but not working with Virgin SIM card. I was thinking that this SIM is faulty but the same SIM is working my Nokia E72 perfect.
