SQL 2005 SP4 fails

Cannot seem to figure this one out. Tried installing locally, different permissions. Any ideas?

The issues that you are seeing are very similar to the ones in this blog post.

Basically it looks like you are missing the cached copy of the msi file.

Warning: Local cached package 'C:\WINDOWS\Installer\42bde.msi' is missing.

And you are missing the cached copy of the patch msp file

Couldn't find local patch 'C:\WINDOWS\Installer\3aeacb47.msp'. Looking for it at its source.
