We have a Sharp MX-C311 copier/printer.  I'd like to migrate all of our printing needs to this printer but am having a problem controlling who can and can't print using color on it using AD.  Any advice on this?

TIA.

the way i solve this normally is to create 2 printers , 1 with the default color settings set to B/W
and 1 with color

then you make 2 security groups , 1 BW printing and 1 color.

Then only map the BW printer for BW users, and COLOR as well as BW for the others
