Check if you are able to print from a local desktop application like word. If you can print from a local desktop than from Citrix session, then problem could be possibly a driver issue on that Citrix server. When you say it says ready for the few users, then it means they both(offline ) are connected to same Citrix server or different?

All users are connected to the same citrix server and the drive version on the citrix and the users desktop is the same.<br />

by the way we are running xen app 5 with r6.<br />

The printer in the users desktop is online at the same time.

I have a couple of users who complain that there printers are not working.<br />

When i go to Citrix Printers in Control Panel it that printer shows offline.<br />

but other users connected to the same printer shows ready.<br />
