Exchange 2010 / Problem downloading "Offline Address Book" from the server

I upgraded Exchange 2003 to 2010 about 3 weeks ago.
The upgrade is done according to whitepapers from Microsoft.
Everything is working very well, except one little thing;

Outlook-clients (Outlook 2007/2010) cannot download the "Offline Address Book" from the new server.

When manually initiating the download it just hangs there.. "Preparing to send/receive"

Get-Mailbox | Set-Mailbox -OfflineAddressBook "\Default Offline Address List"
- did the trick!
