Unable to get IP with SonicWall VPN

We are using a SonicWall TZ 210 and using the SonicWall VPN client to connect. We hare having problems getting a DHCP address from two new Laptops, a Dell and a Sony
About 10 other users with older Dell models are connecting with no problems. The new laptops only have problems when connecting with Verizon broadband cards; if they use local wireless, or a LAN connection it works. Not getting a solution from Verizon, SonicWall, Sony or Dell.

When using the Packet Capture utility in the SonicWall, we have determined that the VPN client is connecting, but the request for an IP address is not being received by the SonicWall

I need a process for testing the VPN connection from both client and Firewall

Because of your success with not only other computers but these specific computers using lan or wlan, I think it's obviously an issue with the Verizon cards. I use AT&T cards and they have a "allow VPN passthrough" option I have to check in the comm manager. Do the verizon cards have something like this in settings?

Probloem Solved!
After Esculating the issue with Sony Support, we identified the problem, Vipre AntiVirus Client (Sunbelt-Software) was blocking the DHCP request. We are working with them to edit the policy
