Thank you Tony but I read it and it didnt help :) the problem is that when ever you connect to the application the RDP services becomes down on the xenapp and you cant even log on localy to it until you force to reboot it

We have installed Primevera 6 v7 client on our xenapp 6 which has windows 2008 R2 SP1 64 bit. Primavera works fine thorugh RDP or locally from the server &nbsp;but when we access the web portal of citrix and access primavera RDP hangs and the server crashes until i kill the sessions of the users and the RDP service stay stopped until the xenapp is rebooted by force. are there any suggestions for installing the primavera client on the Xenapp 6 and make it work on the web portal?
