I am running Exchange 2007 in house. I want to setup a cost-effective DR location.

The question is, is Amazon cloud sufficient? I seen a software called doubletake, any one know anything about it?

How about licensing? Do I need another windows exchange license?

I figure there should be some software out there that would allow me to have an update to date by hour replication of exchange or nightly

Have you considered something like an Exchange / Office 365 Hybrid design?
