I am running Exchange 2007 in house. I want to setup a cost-effective DR location. <br />

The question is, is Amazon cloud sufficient? I seen a software called doubletake, any one know anything about it?<br />

How about licensing? Do I need another windows exchange license?<br />

I figure there should be some software out there that would allow me to have an update to date by hour replication of exchange or nightly
