Locked out of a Canon Printer

my company recently purchased a Canon Imageclass MF9220C. I was looking through the GUI and enabled user authentication without specifying a user password. Which I know is stupid. Canon support is telling me that because im stuck at this screen right when the printer boots up that this is a service call not under my warranty. Does anyone know of a factory reset or a key combination to get me out of this.

If I remember correctly, try this:
A)  Power off the printer
B)  Unplug the printer's power cord
C)  Wait 10 seconds then replug the power cord in
D)  Turn on the printer and then hold the Power button for 6 Beeps
E)  Release the Power Button
This was for the IR2330 but it should work for your model.
Thanks,
Kelly W.
