How to use the function - IF(and?

I am trying to creat a spreadsheet that uses the function =IF(AND????

I have five possible outcums. For example if the sun is rising then it is warm, if the sun is settinmg  then it is cold.

The (AND  is going to be used for combining multiple criteria for your if statement, you could probably get by with just an if statement.

for eg., if you want to check if a value is between 10 and 15, the if(and will look like:
=IF(AND(B2 < 15, B2 > 10),"TRUE","FALSE")

Assuming B2 contains the value and this formula is typed in another cell
