Does anybody have any ideas of what the best and easierst way of setting up calendaring for a multiple confrence room using Outlook 2010 and exchange hosting through GoDaddy?

Conference rooms are resource mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange. You need to make a request to the tech support of your Hosted Exchange Server to request A Conference Mailbox.
