I'm migrating to new WS08R2 servers and need to transfer my TS CALs to My RDP server. How is this done? I have found plenty on how its supported by MS but very little on how its done. Is there a way to view how many CALs I currently have? Our re-seller lost all our info, all I have left is the running server itself.

The problem is, at least in my experience, is that you need the original license documents to install\move the licenses. That is also stated in the instructions listed below. This basically states the process is the same on 2000, 2003, 2008. Either way, the document with the licenses you purchased has codes that must be entered. I have moved licenses several times, and needed the documents each time.
