For my clients, I just want them view their profile page in the wordpress admin area but not the Dashboard page.  is there a way to turn that off?

so basically remove this page and link:

http://www.membersmix.com/wp-admin/index.php

I guess I could a redirect in apache to the profile page, right?  Or there a simple way to turn that off in the adminitrative area?
