We are on Exchange 2010. &nbsp;I was using Outlook 2010 and tried to download the GAL. I got the following error:<br />
&quot;An error occurred while opening the Microsoft Exchange offline address book files on the Microsoft Exchange Server. See your administrator.&quot; <br />
Clicked &quot;OK&quot; and got &quot;Microsoft Outlook cannot download your offline address book.&quot;<br />
I Googled those messages and was led to check C:\Programs Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\OA<wbr />B and &nbsp;found that the folder is empty. I was able to find instructions on how to create a new OAB that includes the default but nothing on how to recreate the default. Really need some step-by-step on how to do that.<br />
