Blackberry torch sync issue

All,

I have an employee that uses a blackberry torch. His email is only syncing every 10-15 min.He is running the latest version of the Blacberry OS, and it is connecting to our exchange 2010 server. He is the ONLY employee with the issue, as we all use Blackberry torches and we compared this to another employee that wasn't having the problem.

You can inform user to hard reset & phone & delete & recreate the profile.
