Outlook / Exchange Junk Mail Filter - Global Settings?

I have a couple of e-mail addresses that I'd like to exclude from getting to people's junk mail folders, a global trusted sender if you will.

I'm not sure if that is handled at the Outlook level, the Exchange level, or both?

I'm running Exchange 2010 and a mix of Outlook 2007 and 2010.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks.

Sorry but i did check antispam settings and couldn't find any bypass sender filtering/global trusted user. It only gives blocked senders and blocked domains.
