php3 Windows 7 - how to add a handler or Mime map?

Got some code I need to use but it's php3 and Windows 7 and I get:
The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.

Anyway, I've done some research and nothing is what they say - I can't find anything that matches the instructions.
I need something simple - it just can't be as complicated as the pages and pages of instructions I've seen and I've already spent hours on this.

Never mind - it was incredibly simple - added the handler.
