customized felds for Contacts on Exchange 2007

Is it possible to create serveral customzed field for Outlook contact such that it will apply to all existing contact on the Outlook, rather than creating each individual one on the existing record ?

You would need to program this. Outlook supports VBA, which lets you write code to program the Outlook object model.
