Remove Duplicate Calendar event on Outlook 2011

Our VIP calendar events seem have a duplicate items. It is possble to remove the duplicate calendar events.

Try this:

Holding down the Ctrl key (the equivalent on a Mac), select all the duplicate entries that you want to delete from the Outlook Calendar.
Once you have finished selecting all the duplicate entries, press the ‘Delete’ button

Just note that if you have imported these, you most probably did not uncheck the allow duplicates box.

There are also some third party programs...like this one

Dont know if it works on a Mac though.

How to avoid this happen in future. I read from below articles they said that this is common problem for Outlook mac2011
