How to save/retrieve files into/from Database table and what should be structure of table?

Hi, I want to save/retrieve files in SQL database table, so can anyone suggest what should be the structure of table means the columns in the table.
Suppose one file is saved on C drive name is Report.xlsx, now I want to save that file in database table and want to retrieve from database.
I will use C# code so if and code available so please share also share the structure of table columns.
