Symantec Backup Error

I received this error during my Backup. At the bottom it says "ran out of memory resources".

Backup- \\wv_nt3.WVI_SG\D: DataV-79-57344-34110 - AOFO: Initialization failure on: "\\wv_nt3.WVI_SG\System?State". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
Snapshot provider error (0xE000FED1): A failure occurred querying the Writer status.
Check the Windows Event Viewer for details.
Writer Name: COM+ Class Registration Database, Writer ID: {542DA469-D3E1-473C-9F4F-7847F01FC64F}, Last error: The VSS Writer ran out of memory or resources (0x800423f1), State: Failed during prepare snapshot operation (8).
Writer Name: Registry, Writer ID: {AFBAB4A2-367D-4D15-A586-71DBB18F8485}, Last error: The VSS Writer ran out of memory or resources (0x800423f1), State: Failed during prepare snapshot operation (8).

Hi All, need some help as I've got no idea why this error is occuring.

Looks like there are 2 errors, for the first one, found the following link on the Symantec site talking about applying the latest windows patches :

For the second one, there was a link on the Symantec site as well, but this one describes the symptons stemming from low disk space on the C: drive. This may not apply to you but you might want to take a look at the link. (are you sure there is no low disk space on the volume you are backing up?) (or possibly on the media server backup exec is running from?)
