Exchange 2007 list of user mailbox

Hi all, i have been given a task to do by my boss.  My Exchange is ok but not that good.

Any way is there a script which gives me total mailbox sizes for all users in MB and tells me what storage group they are in

Plus also is there a script to find out how many emails they send out on a daily bases plus how many emails they get on a daily bases in MB

After you generate the output, process (filter) it in excel will give you the no of mails and the size etc
