Creating Proximity circles in Google Earth

I'm trying to figure a way to create a set of 3 proximity circles around a pre-determined co-ordinate.
I suppose the easiest way would be with a KML file. What I need it to do is have 4 empty circles based around pre-determined radius measurements. The first one would have a radius of 300m, the next 3 would be based upon specific values.

Anyone know of an easy way this could possibly be done?
