Windows Server 2008 Local Admin Account not appearing during software install

I am in the process of reinstalling Fortis Blue document managment software on a Windows Server 2008 computer and one of the installation steps requires entering the account credentials for a local user that is a member of the local admin group.  When I select an account that meets that criteria, theFortis software installer rejects and says "the account must be a member of the local admin group."  I have created several local admin accounts and none of them will satisfy the software installer.  Any thoughts or observations will be appreciated.

best bet is to use Administrator for the install process.
