AD account gets locked when logging on to a server with RDP, while logged into Citrix over VPN.

I can establish a VPN connection successfully, and login to a citrix server with my domain account without any issues. While I'm logged in, I try to RDP into another server and it always locks my account. It doesn't matter which server I try, or which account I use (domain or local).
This only happens when connecting to the citrix server over VPN.
