Need pointers to give presentation about backups

I got a question to give some explanation about the importance of backup and different means of backing up for doctors.  Their networks range from 1 pc to sbs setups with several pc's.

They want me to explain the different possibilities and stress the importance of safekeeping the data.  I was wondering if any1 had a good presentation about this or some pointers for me.

This could save me some time not to compile the whole presentation myself.  It cannot be to technical and not to lenghty either.

A bit dated but not bad.
Slanted to the smaller systems but still a number of pertinent points.
Click on "Backing up your files"
or, use the file attached here

Then, depending on your selected strategy and methods:
Some facilities do overnight backups of various files on various computers onto a centralized hard drive.
Then, backing up what's on that centralized hard drive to off-site storage is reasonably painless.
I use No Hands Backup for the network backups.
I configure all the necessary files to be backed up in a single folder for easy access/configuration/backup.
