One user gets this erro when trying to go to Tools -> Preferences under her inbox

type mismatch on external name delegationaclmanager

All I can find is description about mail file with R5 template. This use is using Std7 template. Any idea how to fix this?

the odd thing if I debug LotusScript the Preference window actually open

Best to do a replace design on the mail file.

If it were me, I would set Debug LotusScript again and hit continue. If this works and there are no errors then open another users mail file from this client and see if the same thing happens. If it's alright, then open this users mail file from another Notes Client.

Note that you might need to give that user access to another mail file. Also might be worth trying to switch ids and testing it out and pasting in someone elses location document and then openning different mail files.
After that I'd try adjusting their ACL level.

Think you've got a few things to test here. Report your findings back.

I've tried debugging it and it opened fine when I debugged.

Anyway I replace the mail design with 85 template and the problem is gone. Thanks for the help.

Fixed the problem myself. Replace the design with mail85.ntf

It was my suggestion was to replace the design of the mail file template...
It would have been wrong of me to suggest specifically replacing the design with the 85 template as if your servers are not version 8, this will break!
