Security Group Issue

We have a user mailbox that multiple people need access to, to get them access we have created a security group and added users into this group and then given the security group full control to this mailbox.

At random intervals certain users will try and access the mailbox but get an error saying that they dont have permission to the mailbox, but if you add them as a user onto that mailbox, not just in the security group they can see it straight away.

You would need to check that the User is not a also a memerb of another group the has access to that mailbox with reduced permissions, as these are the premissions that will be applied.

i.e.
Shared MailBox

Exchange Mailbox Rights
All STAFF - Read ONly
SELECTED STAFF - Full Access
