We have a user mailbox that multiple people need access to, to get them access we have created a security group and added users into this group and then given the security group full control to this mailbox.<br />

At random intervals certain users will try and access the mailbox but get an error saying that they dont have permission to the mailbox, but if you add them as a user onto that mailbox, not just in the security group they can see it straight away.
