Hello,

I'm curious how one would go about changing their "Personal Title" in the N & A Book under the "Basics" tab of Lotus Notes 8.5?  I know we as end users have access to this because there is one user that I know personally that has changed his "Personal Title" to read "Mr."  Any help with this is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

If you have access you should be able to open the public name and address book by doing Ctrl+O, change the server to your mail mail server and then in the file name type names.nsf. It should then just be a case of finding your name and editing the document. I would suggest getting one of the support guys to do it for you or getting your friend to show you how they did it as I suspect that they may have had help!
