SSL certificate management software?

I am potentially looking at deploying a large amount of webservers that will all require multiple SSL certificates. I am also looking at needing to deploy client and server certificates at a customer site machine. Are there any software packages people could recommend that would potentially help with the administration of this? I’d like to get something that offers reporting and alerting on expiration or if a certificate is not installed/working correctly on a site (this would probe a web URL and check the cert to make sure it’s valid). If the software could also help automate the install into IIS 7 that would be excellent. Am I in the cloud thinking there’s a product out there for this?

Take a look at Venifi's products.  http://www.venafi.com/Products/

We had a sales rep come in for a demo. The products look good. Have not yet gotten demo software to do full evaluation so can't be too emphatic about it yet but again, it looks good so far.
